- Installed a new HVAC system, chiller, air handler, and boiler.
- Installed all new equipment designed by a professional HVAC engineer to better suit our current building. Finally, this new system allows us the ability to use the chiller for future expansion on campus if needed.

- Tried to identify areas in need of repair prior to the start of construction. We needed to address these with new plaster, texture and paint. The old ceilings in the sacristies were removed in order to access the ceiling areas for updates to the electrical, low voltage and ductwork. Replaced with a new acoustical ceiling tile granting access in the future as needed.

- Refinished pews.
- Had to remove the pews in order to install the scaffolding for all the work on the nave ceiling. Once removed, the pews were sanded, stained, and re-sealed. A new plywood layer was put on the kneelers and the padding was replaced and reupholstered.
